Song: O Sol – Bruma Project
BRUMA Project is a ‘place’ of Atlantic confluence that links island music, jazz sounds and improvisation. It was born as a fresh and diverse vision of the Azorean musical heritage – both the traditional and the author.
Themes such as O Sol, Os Bravos, Chamateia or Cantiga da Terra will be revisited onstage, gaining another dimension through improvisation and creative sharing among musicians. There will also be some special and well-known guests from the Azorean art scene to brighten the night.
The concert of presentation of the disc in São Miguel will happen under the command of the musicians Sara Miguel (voice), Roberto Rosa (trumpet and flizcorne), Luis Senra (tenor saxophone), Michael Ross (double bass), Gonçalo Moreira (drums) and Zeca Sousa (guitar and viola of the land).
This will be an inclusive concert for the deaf community, since it will have simultaneous interpretation in Portuguese Sign Language.
Admission: € 8 and € 9
