The Coliseu Micaelense, given the activation of the National Emergency Plan and following the developments of the OVID-19 situation in the Region, will extend the suspension of its programming and all public initiatives scheduled for this space until April 30.
In this sense, Gavin James’ concert, due to the aforementioned circumstances, will not take place on April 11th, being postponed to a new date, which will be timely announced.
As for the tickets already purchased for the shows that are waiting to be rescheduled, whether for Gavin James’ concert or for the “Vagina Monologues”, these will be valid for the new dates and without any prejudice to their holders.
However, those who wish to request a refund for tickets purchased online should contact BOL directly, while those who purchased the tickets at the local ticket office will be refunded by bank transfer.
Taking into account that the Coliseu Micaelense box office is closed to the public, the request for reimbursement of tickets purchased in person for Gavin James’ concert, the show “Monologues de la Vagina” and for the XXI El Açor – International Festival of Tunas, will have to be made to the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
In this email must be included a picture of the ticket(s), in which the bar code is visible (for authenticity verification in the internal system), the name of the ticket holder and the NIB of the account to which the transference of the amount in question must be made. Ticket refunds can be made until 31 May 2020.
The Coliseu Micaelense thanks everyone for their understanding and stresses that it has taken this measure following the guidelines of the Directorate General of Health, in order to prevent possible contagion and to control the spread of this virus and also undertakes to keep the population informed of this situation on its portal and its social networks.
